Provide exceptional customer service to business banking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts, transactions, loans, and other banking products and services.

Act as the primary point of contact for business clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.

Process various banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including account opening, fund transfers, loan applications, and other service requests.

Collaborate with internal departments such as credit, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless service delivery and prompt resolution of complex client issues.

Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining a high level of compliance and risk management in all customer interactions.

Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell relevant banking products and services to business clients, contributing to business growth.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to cater to a diverse client base.

Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification.

Have 1-2 years of prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the business banking or financial services sector.

Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, onsite in Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Serve as the primary point of contact for business banking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to their accounts, transactions, and services via phone, email, and in-person.

Provide expert guidance and support on a range of business banking products, including current accounts, savings accounts, loans, and trade finance facilities, ensuring clients understand features and benefits.

Process and manage various banking transactions accurately and efficiently, such as account opening, fund transfers, cheque processing, and loan applications, adhering to all bank policies and procedures.

Proactively identify client needs and opportunities to offer suitable banking solutions, cross-selling and up-selling relevant products and services to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives.

Collaborate with internal departments, including credit, operations, and product teams, to facilitate seamless service delivery and resolve complex client issues in a timely manner.

Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the CRM system, documenting all interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions to ensure comprehensive client history.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new banking products to provide informed advice and maintain a high level of service excellence.

Handle customer complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring satisfactory resolution to maintain client loyalty.
