Requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution for customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through initial setup processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer service quality.
- Gather customer feedback and report it to the management team to contribute to service improvements.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service operations as needed.
