任职资格

  • Proficient in computer operations, including but not limited to typing, Excel, Word, and email.
  • Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin is mandatory.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work under a certain level of pressure.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to express information clearly and accurately.

岗位职责

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information about products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer service quality.
  • Gather customer feedback and report it to the management team to contribute to service improvements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service operations as needed.
