Requirements
Min. education requirement: LCCI
At least 4 - 6 years’ experience in related field.
Ability to handle full set of accounts and familiarity with SQL Accounting software will be preferred.
Aggressive and committed to work.
Meticulous and precise with numbers and amounts.
Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Good personality, responsible, self-discipline and dedicated to work.
Good communication skills.
Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.
Responsibilities
To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
To handle SQL accounting system.
To manage accounts receivables and follow up on customers' payments.
To manage sales team and their sales collections.
To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily cheque issuance, daily collection.
To submit management report as per dateline.
To update daily ageing report.
To issue CNs and update invoices on retailers' portal
To liaise with various retailers (supermarkets, big chains etc) on payment issues.
To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling.
