Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of accounting software (SQL) will be an advantage
- Good attitude with a responsible and positive working character
- Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Assist management in daily administrative and operational tasks
- Handle general office administration including filing, documentation, and data entry
- Assist in preparation of invoices, payment follow-ups, and basic accounting records
- Perform monthly routine tasks and reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and records for internal tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties when required
