Maintain a professional level of customer service while promoting company products:

• Provide professional, friendly, and timely service to customers, ensuring every customer receives a positive service experience.

• Ensure sufficient inventory and conduct daily stocktaking to maintain smooth store operations.

• Achieve sales targets (sales goals) and actively introduce and promote company products and promotions to customers.

• Serve as a cashier and promote card services expertise, ensuring accurate transactions.

• Maintain store cleanliness, well-arranged displays, and adhere to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, or issues, providing effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth overall operations and achieve team sales performance.

• Participate in regular training to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
