Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00 (Monday to Friday)

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and HR, preferably in an SME environment.

Proven experience managing full sets of accounts for private limited companies.

Working knowledge of Malaysian tax, audit, and employment regulations.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems.

Detail-oriented, dependable, and well-versed in compliance practices.

Manage full sets of accounts and month-end closings in compliance with accounting standards.

Prepare financial reports and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.

Oversee Malaysia’s e-invoicing process and support related company accounting in Singapore.

Handle HR tasks including recruitment, payroll processing, and benefits administration according to local labor laws.

Manage general office operations, facilities, and supplies efficiently.

Maintain accurate accounting and HR records to support regulatory and audit requirements.
