Experience in operating conventional or CNC lathes is an added advantage.

Able to read and interpret technical drawings and machining specifications.

Basic knowledge of machining processes, measuring tools, and quality inspection.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Able to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.

Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.

Operate various types of lathes in accordance with process specifications and operating procedures.

Accurately process all types of parts according to drawings and process requirements.

Monitor the machining process in real time, adjust parameters promptly, and resolve technical issues encountered during processing.

Perform routine maintenance on lathes and promptly identify and report equipment malfunctions.

Ensure proper requisition and consumption of materials.

Conduct 6S self-inspection of the work area.

Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
