Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining accounting records and financial entries.
Responsibilities
- Issue invoices, Download PO and ensure every invoice sent out is accurate
- Issue Credit Note- All documentation filling in neat and no missing
- Call customer to get daily order and do arrangement
- Ensure data and records are kept up to date
- Great customer service skills to work with various clients
- Manage abroad sales documents i.e. prepare all export shipping documentation
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior
