Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Ensure all beverages, ingredients, tools, and preparation processes comply with halal standards at all times
• Ensure beverages meet standard recipes, taste, and presentation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage/bar area, tools, and glassware
• Manage stock replenishment and proper storage of ingredients
• Handle customer orders efficiently and operate POS systems accurately
• Support opening and closing of the beverage counter
• Coordinate closely with service and kitchen teams for smooth operations
• Comply with halal, health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Working Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality environment (preferred)
• Experience in specialty beverage preparation is an advantage
• Familiarity with beverage equipment, stock control, and service standards
• Customer service or F&B operations experience is beneficial

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of beverages, and basic barista skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to work under pressure during peak hours
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Well-organized with good multitasking ability
• Detail-oriented with high cleanliness standards
• Basic numeracy skills for payments and stock handling
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
