Job Description

Requirements

• Min SPM/STPM in any relevant field or Diploma holder (fresh graduate are welcome)

• Relevant computer skills.

• Good communication skills

• Interpersonal Human relationship

• Computer Knowledge

• Key Competencies: IT skills, accuracy, responsibility, customer service, sense of urgency, information seeking, underwriting skills, and concern for order and quality

Responsibilities

• To assist in policy issuance - To create policies and endorsements.

• Create policies and endorsements efficiently in terms of quantity and quality to meet our delivery standard to customers and intermediaries

• To issue policies/endorsements within 14 days from date of batch submitted to PPM @ 95% compliance

• Create policies/endorsements as per KPI set

• Decision making Authority: Compliance with OACM/ guideline, Tariff & PIAM Regulation
