Requirements
- Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Able to communicate, read, and write in Mandarin Chinese.
- Have at least 3 years of working experience in warehouse, inventory management, material management, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing; experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is an advantage.
- Familiar with inventory control, inventory management, and warehouse operational processes.
- Proactive, able to work independently, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient inventory management.
Collaborate closely with warehouse supervisors and administrators to ensure orderly, efficient, and well-controlled warehouse management.
Lead and guide warehouse personnel in executing daily warehouse tasks.
Ensure accuracy of inventory records, material inflows and outflows, and system data updates.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment arrangements with relevant departments.
Maintain good standards for material storage, label management, and warehouse cleanliness.
Ensure all warehouse records and documents are properly stored and archived.
Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and audit work.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and inventory control procedures.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
Promote continuous improvement measures to enhance warehouse operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
