Job Description

Requirements

Nationwide Trading Sdn Bhd is the exclusive distributor of Phutawan, a leading natural wellness and personal care brand imported from Thailand. As we continue to expand our presence across Malaysia, we are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow our pharmacy and retail channel network.

If you are passionate about FMCG, health & wellness products, and building strong retail partnerships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales channels across Malaysia, focusing on pharmacies, health stores, beauty retailers and modern trade accounts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with major retail chains such as Watsons, Guardian, Caring Pharmacy, Alpro Pharmacy, Big Pharmacy, AEON Wellness and independent pharmacies.

• Identify and secure new product listing opportunities.

• Work closely with retail buyers and category managers to negotiate product placement, promotional campaigns and commercial terms.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

• Plan and execute sales strategies to increase product visibility, distribution and revenue.

• Manage sales forecasts, account performance and business development activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions, launches and retail activations.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG, pharmacy, health & wellness, beauty care or retail sales.

• Existing network within pharmacy chains, health retailers or modern trade channels will be a strong advantage.

• Experience handling product listings, retail negotiations or key accounts is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
