RADZI SHEIKH AHMAD & SACHPAL is looking for a dedicated and experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our dynamic team. This role specifically requires handling third party bodily injury matters independently from start to finish. Responsibilities:

• Handle third party bodily injury and accident-related cases (defence and plaintiff) from file opening to resolution with minimal supervision.
• Conduct legal research and thorough investigations to build strong, evidence-based cases.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and other court documents.
• Represent clients confidently in court proceedings including hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Problem-solve legal and procedural challenges proactively and efficiently.
• Advise clients clearly and professionally at every stage of their case.
• Maintain consistent communication and accurate case records.
• Stay current with applicable laws, procedures, and industry updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and admission to the Malaysian Bar.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, particularly in accident and bodily injury matters.
• Proven ability to manage files independently from beginning to end.
• Strong legal research, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
• Highly meticulous with excellent time management and organizational discipline.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must possess own transport.
