Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
Fresh graduates with a strong customer service mindset are encouraged to apply.
Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin and local dialects are an added advantage to communicate with senior residents.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, Data Entry).
Reliable, responsible, and willing to work on weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist residents, visitors, family members, and walk-in guests.
Handle enquiries, appointments, registrations, and resident support services.
Manage front desk operations including calls, emails, visitor records, and access control.
Maintain resident information, reports, and administrative documentation.
Coordinate room readiness and occupancy updates with relevant departments.
Assist with billing verification and basic charge posting.
Support resident activities, events, and community engagement programs.
Monitor safety concerns and escalate incidents when necessary.
