Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
Able to communicate Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 2 years of experience in social media management, brand execution, or content writing.
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Marketing Tools: Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms.
Basic Design & Editing (preferred): Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
Applicants must be willing to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Marketing Communication
Execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
Manage multi-channel campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
Build partnerships with media, influencers, and stakeholders.
Event & Campaign Management:
Plan, organize, and execute offline marketing campaigns including roadshows, exhibitions, fairs, member days, and pop-up events.
Handle end-to-end event coordination, including budgeting, timeline, logistics, and manpower arrangements.
Supervise on-site event setup, ensuring brand standards and smooth operations.
Marketing Collaterals & Brand Support
Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop offline promotional materials such as buntings, posters, flyers, booth displays, and merchandise.
Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and deliver consistent visual identity.
Ad-hoc & Administrative Duties
Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the Sales & Marketing Manager or Management.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping for all marketing activities.
