Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential

Always adhere to the company's service standards
Effectively manage large amounts of information
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions or alternatives, and follow up within the stipulated time to ensure problem resolution
Document customer interactions, process customer accounts, and organize relevant files
Comply with company communication processes, guidelines, and policies
