Requirements
Possess SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (any field or related field).
Possess 1–2 years of relevant work experience in customer service or a customer service/operations center.
Good command of Chinese, English, and Malay, with good written and verbal communication skills.
Familiar with computer operations.
Able to work independently and possess good problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Order Handling
Handle distributors’ enquiries and support order processing.
Resolve customer issues, feedback, and urgent incidents.
Integrate customer and team feedback to propose improvements.
2. Distributor Center Operations
Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Distributor Center.
Assist in maintaining general upkeep, cleanliness, and operational readiness of the center.
Conduct regular inspections and report issues promptly.
3. Reporting & Administration
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Manage form approvals, access/authority applications, and internal control documents.
Support other administrative duties and assigned work-related tasks or projects.
4. SOP & Operational Quality
Ensure all processes follow SOP and service standards.
Review workflows and assist in implementing improvements.
Support crisis handling and coordinate with other departments when needed.
