Responsibilities
- Assist clients in applying for housing loans/refinancing
- Provide professional advice on mortgage solutions & packages
- Liaise with banks, lawyers & clients to ensure smooth process
- Follow up closely on loan applications until approval
- Generate leads through marketing, networking & database
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
