Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related fields.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, social media operations or lead generation.

Proven experience in overseas customer acquisition is an added advantage.

Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin communication skills.

Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.

Creative, proactive and results-oriented.

Experience in industrial, manufacturing or engineering industries will be an added advantage.

Manage and operate company social media platforms, including LinkedIn, WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu, Facebook and other digital channels.

Develop and execute content marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market presence.

Create high-quality bilingual content, including articles, case studies, product introductions, marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

Generate and develop potential customer leads through LinkedIn, social media platforms, digital marketing and industry databases.

Build and maintain customer databases and support sales prospecting activities.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and trends.

Plan, coordinate and support local and international exhibitions, trade shows and marketing events.

Prepare marketing materials, presentations, product catalogues and exhibition documents.

Collaborate closely with sales and management teams to support business development initiatives.

Track marketing performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
