Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Safety, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in printing, packaging, industrial supplies, or labeling solutions.
Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude and willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Ability to understand printing systems, materials, and labeling applications.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation, and closing skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Mobility: Willingness to travel as needed; must have own transport (car).
Skills Required: Negotiation, Sales Strategy and Communication.
Responsibilities
Operational Excellence:
Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking systems.
Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and strategic outreach(calls, emails, meetings, product testing).
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for thermal transfer ribbons, labels, and Dural Abel products.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging with potential clients (printers, distributors, end-users).
Conduct consultative sales by assessing customer needs and recommending tailored labeling solutions
Account Management:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and handle RFQs (Request for Quotations).
Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and sales forecasts.
Technical Expertise:
Developing-depth knowledge of thermal transfer ribbon formulations (wax, wax-resin, resin) and their applications.
Troubleshoot printing and labeling issues related to ribbon performance.
Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and technical presentations for clients.
Market & Competitive Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in labeling solutions.
Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings
Identify new applications and opportunities for thermal transfer technology
