• Possess a Diploma in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrate 1-2 years of practical experience in procurement, inventory control, or a similar role within the supply chain or logistics sector.

• Proficiency in inventory management principles and practices, including stocktaking, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Experience with procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices, and managing purchase orders.

• Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and the ability to contribute to optimizing logistical operations.

• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all inventory and procurement-related tasks, minimizing discrepancies and errors.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a structured approach to inventory and procurement workflows.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with suppliers, internal departments, and management.

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for effective communication within the team and with local stakeholders.

• Familiarity with relevant software and systems for inventory management and procurement is a plus.

1.⁠ ⁠Stock Receiving & Checking

• Receive goods from suppliers or central kitchen.

• Check quantity, item condition, expiry date, packaging, and delivery documents.

• Report any shortage, damage, wrong item, or quality issue immediately.

• Ensure all received items are arranged in the correct storage area.

2.⁠ ⁠Stock Counting & Inventory Control

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts as required.

• Highlight any missing stock, overstock, low stock, or abnormal usage.

• Support stock take and audit activities.

• Ensure all documents are complete and accurate.

• Record stock in/out, transfer, wastage, and stock count data.

• Support data entry into stock sheets or inventory system.

• Keep delivery orders, invoices, and stock records properly filed

3.⁠ ⁠Stock Arrangement & Organization

• Arrange items neatly by category, location, and expiry date.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO system: first in first out / first expiry first out.

• Keep storage area organized.

4.⁠ ⁠Cleanliness & Storage Condition

• Maintain cleanliness of store room, warehouse, chiller, freezer, and storage racks.

• While doing stock count, check if the storage area is clean and tidy.

• Ensure items are stored safely and hygienically.

• Report pest issues, leakage, broken racks, dirty areas, or unsafe conditions.

5.⁠ ⁠Stock Availability & Replenishment

• Assist with transferring stock between warehouse, store, and outlet.

• Make sure required items are available before operation needs.

6.⁠ ⁠General Warehouse Support

• Assist with loading, unloading, packing, labeling, and moving goods.
