Requirements
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets for Kuala Lumpur International Hotel (KLIH).
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to foster a high-performance culture and drive individual success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and travel agencies to secure bookings and partnerships.
Oversee the implementation and utilization of CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze customer data.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop integrated sales and marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive demand.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and areas for service improvement within the hospitality sector.
Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring profitable revenue growth and cost efficiency.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients and vendors, ensuring favorable terms for the hotel.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
