Requirements
• Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Studies, Social Science Studies or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR, employee engagement or internal communications
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Creativity and initiative in planning activities and programs.
• Problem solving.
• Able to prioritize.
• Familiar with engagement platforms in HRIS or any AI driven tools will be added advantage
Possess TTT certificate .
Responsibilities
Responsible in coordination and driving initiatives/programs that strengthen employee connection, learning, satisfaction, and alignment with the company’s mission, values, and goals.
1. Employee Engagement & Culture
• Assist in implementing implement engagement programs, team-building activities, learning activities and cultural initiatives.
• Assist to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all levels of the organization.
• Carrying out any initiatives that foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture aligned with company values.
2. Employee Feedback & Insights
• Design and administer regular pulse surveys and annual engagement surveys.
• Provide management with monthly engagement reports highlighting key trends and risks.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics (survey results, participation rates, turnover trends).
• Prepare reports with insights and recommendations for management.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance engagement tracking and personalization.
3. Recognition & Rewards
• Assist in managing recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure timely and meaningful recognition.
• Recommend improvements to rewards systems to strengthen motivation.
4. Learning & Development Support
• Coordinate employees’ participation in training, upskilling, and mentorship programs.
• Work with TD teams to promote career development opportunities.
5. Wellbeing & Inclusion
• Support initiatives that promote work-life balance, mental health, and overall wellbeing.
• Organize wellness programs, health talks, and stress management activities.
Employees Management
• Provide structured channels for employee voice (surveys, focus groups, digital feedback tools).
• Escalate employee concerns or sentiments to leadership in a summarized, data driven way.
Peer-to-Peer Communication
• Encourage collaboration and open dialogue between departments.
• Promote recognition platforms, knowledge sharing, and team-building forums.
Internal Platforms & Tools
• Intranet, newsletters, chat apps , bulletin boards, or AI-powered chatbots
Employer Branding
• Assist with HR & Marketing to showcase company culture on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
• Share employee stories, awards, and CSR initiatives to attract talent.
• Be part of executing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
• Encourage employee volunteering and highlight contributions externally.
• Liaise with event organizers, trainers, wellness providers, or consultants to coordinate engagement initiatives.
• Strengthen reputation as an employee- and community-focused organization.
• Support HR and corporate communications in addressing public issues that may impact employees (layoffs, restructuring).
• Ensure internal and external messages are aligned to prevent mixed signals
