Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and cost management.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
Responsibilities
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and other project-related documentation.
Perform quantity take-offs and costing for pre-tender submissions.
Assist the Project Manager in handling post-contract administration and variation orders (VO).
Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and costing reports.
Prepare and submit progress claims, variation claims, and subcontractor claims.
Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and savings.
Measure and quantify construction materials, labour requirements, and project resources.
Negotiate and administer subcontractor and supplier contracts.
Provide technical advice and cost-related support to project teams.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, contractual requirements, and company policies.
Perform other Quantity Surveying-related duties as assigned by management.
