Job Description
As part of the Cabin Crew Rostering department in the Flight Operations Division, you will support the planning and management of cabin crew schedules. This is a desk-based operations role where you will work closely with experienced rosterers to ensure that every flight has the right crew, in line with safety, service, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Help plan and publish cabin crew rosters on a timely basis, following regulatory requirements, service standards, work rules and targets built into the rostering system.
- Assist in pre‑assigning crew duties, flights and training where required. Check for accuracy and perform basic validation to ensure all relevant rules are met before rosters are published.
- Support the team in ensuring adequate crewing on all flights in accordance with safety and service requirements, without violating regulatory or welfare rules.
- Assist with the allocation of cabin crew annual leave and leave requests while maintaining sufficient crewing levels.
- Help investigate and respond to crew queries on rostering and leave matters.
- Support system testing activities (e.g. crew roster optimiser and crew tracking systems) and provide feedback on system performance.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
- Possess a diploma qualification, preferably with IT or systems background or experiences
- Knowledge of crew rostering procedures/processes and being conversant in Crew Manager (CM) and SAP would be advantageous
- A team player, highly motivated, and have a positive attitude with good communication and analytical skills
