We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Hospital Aide (Porter)to joinOperating Theatre (OT) Department.

Job Scope & Key Responsibility  

Provide basic patient care to achieve customer satisfaction. It is achieved by:

• Notifying or reporting to superior if unsure of any patient care.

• Adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction and policies for all procedures carried out in all areas assigned

To ensure safe, clean working environment to achieve customer satisfaction. It is achieved by:

• Responsible for tidying and maintain cleanliness of the unit.

• Practicing standard precaution with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as provided for staff protection and infection control.

To perform other related duties as assigned by superiors. It is achieved by:

• Undertaking errands for the unit.

• Transporting patients to another department.         

• Pottering job for laboratory, documentation, billing, and etc      

Enhance operation efficiency & productivityto achieve customer satisfaction to provide smooth running of department.  It is achieved by:

• To perform effective planning, provision and maintenance of resources/equipment.

• To attend course/lectures relevant to join performance and development

• To reducing wastage and eliminating pilferage

• To replenish and ensure solution and irrigation enough for the day
