Requirements
Degree in Administration, Management, Communications, or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or in a similar role.
Well-presented, discreet, mature, and professional demeanor.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities; proactive and resourceful.
Excellent command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools.
Possess own transport and willing to travel if necessary.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate Director’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and reminders to ensure smooth daily operations.
Accompany the Director for meetings, site visits, business appointments, events, or any official matters when required.
Handle confidential documents, reports, emails, and administrative matters professionally and with high confidentiality.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external parties on behalf of Director.
Prepare meeting arrangements, presentation materials, reports, minutes of the meeting, and follow-up tasks assigned by the Director.
Assist the Director in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, reservations, and itinerary planning.
Monitor and follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and important matters to ensure timely completion.
Handle personal errands, purchasing, and ad-hoc administrative support tasks assigned by the Director
Maintain proper filing, documentation, and record management for easy reference and organization.
Perform any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by Director or Management from time to time.
