Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.

  • Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.

  • Possess own transportation.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Experience in logistics, shipping, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Customer & Sales Support

  • Attend to customer enquiries and provide professional assistance regarding company services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

  • Support business development efforts by maintaining positive customer engagement.

  • Assist the sales team in implementing sales and marketing activities.

Shipment & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate shipment arrangements and work closely with the operations team to ensure all shipping documents are complete and accurate.

  • Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery to customers.

  • Maintain daily shipment reports and shipment tracking records.

  • Attend meetings, follow up on action items, and assist in project coordination tasks.

Marketing & Administrative Support

  • Assist in planning and executing promotional and marketing activities.

  • Monitor campaign progress and provide necessary support.

  • Maintain and update customer databases and records.

  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and reporting are completed accurately.
