  • Fluent in Korean and Cantonese, both written and spoken.
  • Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or coordination role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

岗位职责

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Korean and Cantonese speaking clients.
  • Manage and coordinate customer inquiries, requests, and issues efficiently.
  • Liaise between customers and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments or service deliveries.
  • Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Offer support and guidance to customers regarding products or services.
