Requirements
- Fluent in Korean and Cantonese, both written and spoken.
- Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or coordination role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Korean and Cantonese speaking clients.
- Manage and coordinate customer inquiries, requests, and issues efficiently.
- Liaise between customers and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments or service deliveries.
- Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Offer support and guidance to customers regarding products or services.
