Job Description

Requirements

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information about company services, policies, and procedures.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating when necessary.

  • Maintain customer records and update account information in the CRM system.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest solutions.

  • Adhere to company standards and best practices in all customer interactions.

  • Manage time effectively to handle a high volume of customer interactions.

  • Demonstrate active listening skills to fully understand customer needs and concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding secretarial, accounting, and tax services via phone, email, and in-person.

  • Effectively manage and resolve customer issues and complaints, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring a positive service experience.

  • Accurately document all customer interactions, requests, and feedback in the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address complex customer needs.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the support function.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Mandarin, adapting communication style to suit diverse client needs.

  • Manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, utilizing effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet service level agreements.
