Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring a positive service experience.
Accurately document all customer interactions, requests, and feedback in the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address complex customer needs.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the support function.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Mandarin, adapting communication style to suit diverse client needs.
