Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, Construction, Engineering, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in home customization, interior solutions, retail, or project coordination is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in home solutions are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
HAME Partnership Management
- Act as main liaison between Senheng and HAME.
- Coordinate system integration involving ERP, DMS, and API flow.
- Align on commercial model: (i)25% S-Coin contribution (ii) 10–12% platform fees
- Assist in payment milestone tracking and settlement documentation.
- Support product uploads and ensure accuracy of product information in the system.
- Track project progress and assist in resolving operational issues.
- Coordinate with Marketing team on campaign execution and S-Coin promotional activities.
Merchant Sourcing & Ecosystem Development
- Support merchant onboarding and documentation processes
- Coordinate merchant product listing, pricing, specifications, and image submissions.
- Ensure merchant products are uploaded into HAME library.
- Align product photography, dimensions, SKU control.
- Monitor stock control and delisting process.
- Liaise with internal teams and merchants on product updates and operational matters.
Commercial & Policy Governance
- Assist in implementing SHC operational policies and procedures.
- Support Finance in payment tracking, reimbursement follow-ups, and settlement coordination.
- Maintain documentation for refund requests, warranty claims, and model changes.
- Ensure proper filing and record maintenance for agreements and compliance documents.
System & Operational Flow Owner
- Monitor project status updates and operational progress between: HAME Portal & Senheng ERP & Senheng App
- Coordinate delivery scheduling and project completion updates.
- Assist in tracking order flow, payment triggers, and delivery progress.
- Ensure timely updates are reflected in internal dashboards and Senheng App.
- Escalate operational or system-related issues to relevant stakeholders when required.
Financial & Performance Management
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Track project status, merchant performance, and operational KPIs.
- Support monitoring of settlement accuracy and reimbursement records.
- Maintain data accuracy for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Assist in compiling performance insights and operational updates for management review.
