Manage inventory levels, including stocktaking, ordering, and receiving goods to prevent shortages and minimize waste.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, reconcile daily sales, and prepare financial reports.

Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction.
