Minimum LCCI / Accounting experience

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel

Knowledge of accounting software like Autocount is preferred. Must be a mature individual capable of working independently

A team player with good coordination skills among team members

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Handle full set of accounts

To perform daily bookkeeping activities on account receivable/payable and daily/monthly bank reconciliation

Perform Account Payable function, such as preparation of payment, reconciliation of suppliers’ accounts etc

Assist to prepare monthly and year end management reports.

Manage month end close process and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations, AR and AP

Perform HR related duties and support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
