Job Description

Requirements

  • 最低学历：SPM

  • 必须能够使用華語 (中文) 及 粤语 (廣東話) 沟通（具备基本英语能力者优先）

  • 欢迎应届毕业生或具备零售经验者申请

  • 具备繁体中文读写能力

  • 具备线上销售及客户服务经验者优先

  • 熟悉社交媒体操作

  • 具备电信行业经验者优先

  • 能够独立工作

  • 具备良好的工作态度及团队合作精神

  • 工作时间：每天8小时（固定時間 12:00PM - 09:00PM），轮班制

Responsibilities

  • 回复客户及合作伙伴关于公司产品与服务的咨询，包括价格查询、意见反馈及投诉处理

  • 熟悉并掌握公司产品及服务内容，以便有效协助客户并提供准确资讯

  • 能够灵活应对客户需求变化、公司政策调整及客户服务领域的技术发展

  • 收集客户对产品、服务及整体体验的反馈，以协助公司优化及提升服务质量
