EPS Integration Hiring! Full Time Process Engineer in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.

Familiar with PCBA processes including SMT, Manual Insert, Selective Wave Soldering, Wave Soldering, and Box Build processes.

Must be computer literate.

Sufficient knowledge of reading schematics and components' datasheets.

Able to work independently and possess good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Candidates must be able to speak and write in Mandarin as this position requires communication with customers from China.

Understand and maintain manufacturing process flow, process parameters, and work instructions for PCBAs and final assembly.

Work closely with the QA team to resolve process issues, yield loss, and quality-related problems during mass production.

Responsible for process setup, optimization, and improvement to ensure stable and efficient production.

Conduct process analysis and root cause investigations on defects, failures, and production issues, and implement corrective actions.

Support line balancing, cycle time improvement, and productivity enhancement activities.

Monitor daily production performance and propose recommendations for process improvement and cost reduction.

Support engineering change implementation and ensure proper documentation updates.

Update and create work instructions and BOM.
