Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or Taxation.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
Familiar with SST, Corporate Tax, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS regulations.
Experience in preparing full set accounts.
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Cash Flow Management.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Able to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Experience liaising with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities.
Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Handle full spectrum of accounting matters
Management Reporting
Preparation of full set of management accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statement.
Monthly P&L Forecast Report
Assist in preparation of the company yearly budget
Prepares audit schedules for annual financial audit
Cash Flow Management
Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively
Prepare periodical cashflow projection to support management decisions
To review monthly creditors and debtor ageing analysis as well as collection performance
Statutory Reporting, Audit and Tax
Liaise with company secretary, external auditors and tax advisors on audit, tax and other related matters.
Ensure all the activities comply with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Others
Manages the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation functions and all other accounting matters
Perform all reconciliations
Maintain a register of fixed assets and schedules
Company Van Puspakom booking, Repair & Maintenance, Insurance & road Tax renewal
Submission Of SST
Provide assistance and support to staff to ensure smooth execution of works delegated to them
To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Plan, manage and administer tasks to ensure smooth operations of the department
Preparation of monthly financial and management report inclusive of annual statutory accounts, budgeting and taxation
. Perform annual fixed assets count and maintain fixed asset register.
. Execute the company’s best policies and business as directed and other relevant parties.
