Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in customer service, call center, healthcare, or dental clinic environments is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin spoken and written
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
岗位职责
Attend to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms in a professional and friendly manner.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Provide accurate information regarding dental treatments, services, promotions, and clinic procedures.
Follow up with patients on appointment reminders and post-treatment inquiries.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update patient records in the clinic management system.
Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
Assist in registration, billing, and payment-related inquiries when required.
Support marketing campaigns by responding to leads and converting inquiries into appointments.
Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high standards of patient satisfaction.
