任职资格
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
岗位职责
- Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions, ensuring all invoices, receipts, and payments are accurately recorded.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and support various functions of the finance department, including cash flow management.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice preparation, payment processing, and collections management.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Assist with audit processes by providing supporting documentation and transaction explanations.
- Support compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other statutory corporate requirements.
- Perform other ad-hoc reporting and duties as assigned by management.
