Requirements / 职位要求

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing or related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Good communication skills in English & BM (Mandarin is a plus)

• Comfortable dealing with customers and follow-up on details & payment

• Documentation and record management.

Job Description / 工作内容

• Handle customer enquiries from website, WhatsApp, phone calls and other platforms

• Coordinate with internal measurement / project team for site measurement and follow-up

• Prepare quotations, Follow up with customers on project details, confirmation and payment collection

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.

• Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
