Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

7 —10 years in analytics, healthcare reporting, or enterprise data environment.

Strong data governance knowledge, dashboard development expertise, analytical reasoning, and executive reporting capability.

Lead development and governance of Command Centre dashboards and enterprise KPI reporting frameworks.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data feeding into real-time monitoring platforms.

Oversee data integration across clinical, operational, IT, and cybersecurity domains.

Drive predictive analytics and trend analysis to support decision-making and risk anticipation.

Standardise performance definitions and ensure cross-hospital reporting alignment.

Present consolidated analytics insights to support executive performance reviews.

Support enhancement of data architecture and dashboard automation.

Participate in analytics capability development initiatives.

Contribute to enterprise reporting standardisation efforts.
