Proven experience (1-2 years) in a cleaning role, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.

Proficiency in cleaning techniques, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitization, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently within the allocated schedule.

Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols and procedures related to cleaning products and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to effectively interact with colleagues and understand cleaning instructions.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.

Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and bending, as required for the role.

Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces to maintain a clean and presentable environment.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors, ensuring hygiene standards are met.

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners, disposing of waste properly.

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to ensure a clear and streak-free appearance.

Maintain the cleanliness of the pantry and kitchen areas, including wiping down counters, cleaning appliances, and washing dishes.

Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, informing the supervisor when supplies are low.

Adhere to safety procedures and use cleaning equipment and chemicals in a safe and responsible manner.

Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with occasional cleaning tasks for company events or special projects as needed.
