We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused PR Customer Executive to manage public relations, customer engagement, and front-line communication for the company's customers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, managing brand reputation, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints. Servicing customers from abroad
You will work closely with the marketing and management team to support customer satisfaction and public engagement activities.
Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Follow up with customers to maintain long-term engagement
• Giving full hospitality to guests and making a good impression
• Managing international clients
Coordination & Administration
• Maintain customer database and records accurately
• Prepare basic reports on customer feedback and engagement
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Assist in planning customer-related events and activities
