Diploma or higher in HR, Management, or related fields.

Minimum 1 year recruitment experience; candidates with BPO hiring experience are highly preferred.

Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic data analysis skills to evaluate recruitment performance.

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure during peak hiring seasons.

Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Use job portals, social media, headhunters, and referrals to source top talent.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for both corporate and operational roles.

Coordinate interview schedules and prepare candidates throughout the hiring process.

Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze hiring data for continuous improvement.

Support employer branding activities to attract qualified candidates.
