Job Description

Requirements

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing basic information and taking messages when necessary.

  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, sorting and distributing them efficiently.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for meetings and appointments.

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying, as needed.

  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times, representing the company positively.

  • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and fax machines.

  • Respond to general inquiries from clients, visitors, and staff via phone, email, or in person.

  • Assist with basic office tasks and projects as assigned by management.
