Job Description

Requirements

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information about our transportation and logistics services.

  • Assist customers with booking, tracking, and resolving issues related to their shipments, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain detailed and organized customer records, updating information as needed in the company's system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including dispatch and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services.

  • Process customer feedback and complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Utilize basic computer skills to navigate company software, manage data, and generate simple reports.

  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.

  • Possess willingness to learn and grow within the transportation and logistics industry.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, ensuring all details are captured correctly and entered into the company's system.

  • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy, working towards satisfactory resolutions.

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and logging all interactions.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as dispatch and operations, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in generating reports on customer service performance and feedback.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer support.
