Requirements
- Diploma or above in Accounting or related field
- Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting processes
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and office software
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and good communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts
- Handle daily accounting tasks and data entry
- Issue invoices, receipts, and maintain payment records
- Manage customer payments, supplier invoices, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor outstanding payments and related financial documents
- Assist in preparing accounting and audit documentation
Admin Duties
- Handle daily administrative and documentation tasks
- Assist with filing and document organization
- Coordinate internal matters and departmental communication
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
