Job Requirements:

- Experience in content marketing, copywriting, or social media content planning

- Strong writing skills in English and Chinese

- Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends

- Able to think from both brand and customer perspectives

- Able to develop content ideas based on marketing objectives

- Basic photo / video shooting skills using phone or camera

- Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Google Slides, or similar tools

- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to brainstorm with the team

Job Responsibilities:

- Support monthly content planning based on brand and campaign direction

- Develop content angles for static posts, carousels, stories, and Reels

- Write captions, headlines, CTA, poster copy, carousel copy, and short video scripts

- Research social media trends, competitors, and market references

- Translate product selling points into customer-friendly content

- Assist in campaign ideation for product launches, promotions, events, and seasonal activities

- Prepare clear content briefs for creative designers

- Assist with simple photo and video shooting for social media content

- Review content accuracy, brand tone, product information, and campaign mechanics

- Support basic performance review and suggest content improvements
- Perform ad hoc duties and undertake additional tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
