What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of HR management experience
• Strong experience in KPI development, performance management, and organizational improvement
• Experience in fast-growing SME, scaling, or transformation environments is highly preferred
• Business-oriented mindset with strong understanding of accountability, people performance, and organizational effectiveness
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and follow-through ability
• Comfortable working closely with top management and building systems in an evolving organization
• Mature, proactive, structured, and highly organized
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices

• Build and improve KPI, performance management, and accountability systems
• Work closely with department heads to improve organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency

• Improve recruitment quality, onboarding, and talent development processes

• Oversee HR operations, reporting, and manpower analysis
